Gorgeous location with fantastic views

The hotel had a variety of rooms with great views. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was top-notch and the spa area was relaxing.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff did not seem very welcoming or helpful, which made it difficult to fully enjoy our Christmas stay. The language barrier was an issue as the staff was not fluent in English.

Amazing spa and stunning location in the countryside. The indoor pool was great and there were some really nice treatments available. The scenery around the hotel was breathtaking and perfect for a post-Christmas walk. It was nice to have a good selection of vegetarian options available in the restaurant.

The hotel lacked organization, which made things frustrating. The front desk staff was not approachable. They also did not communicate clearly what was happening during our stay with the spa or any other activities. Additionally, the rooms were not as clean as they could have been. I left feeling disappointed and not satisfied with the experience I had.

This hotel is an absolute heaven! The amazing landscapes around the area will take your breath away, while the facilities are of high quality and well-maintained. The massages and cosmetic treatments are superb, and the food is absolutely divine. The pool area and sauna are spotless and relaxing with amazing views. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making your stay a truly memorable one.

Having to navigate through the restaurant's menu can be a little challenging for non-Polish residents as the information is not available in English, however, the staff is very friendly and they are more than willing to help you out.

The staff here are fantastic, especially the waiters who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The food was absolutely amazing, with the chef even accommodating our specific dietary needs. The spa at this place is a haven of relaxation, with heavenly treatments that use wine-derived products. The therapists are excellent and provided us with proper massages. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the hotel staff were lovely and always ready to assist with anything we needed. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

In terms of cons, we could not find any negative aspects about this place. We truly had a wonderful time here and would definitely come back again.
